This pathway addresses a skill set necessary for success in the culinary and food service industries. The courses in this pathway will help students develop skills in early career ladder positions and promote continuing education at the postsecondary level preparing for careers associated with restaurants, institutional food service, hospitality, and catering, as well as food and beverage operations.

early childhood education
This pathway addresses a skill set necessary for success in early childhood education so that individuals can teach students ranging in age from infancy through eight years (grade three), depending on the school system or state regulations. This pathway is targeted for individuals preparing for careers related to early childhood education, such as those associated with childcare, teaching, community-based children’s programs, social services or counseling for children, and after-school programs. TRACK Pre-apprenticeship option is also available in this pathway.
