The BCHS Transition Team partners with the Guidance Office in assisting students with their 'next steps' beyond high school.  This includes overseeing Work-Based Learning opportunities while students are enrolled at BCHS, assisting in the building professional networks, FAFSA and college applications, as well as providing other supports.
